Only orders with a Customer Transaction Id are counted. Approved = SUCCEED or CLIENT_PAYMENT_CONFIRMED. An agent is shown when it has 40+ orders, an approval rate on 5000+ orders below 85%, and either (a) 4+ orders above 5000 INR (any status) with a median wait of 20+ minutes, or (b) 10+ orders above 5000 INR and none approved. Wait = time to approval/decline, or how long the order has been pending so far.
| Agent | Total Created Orders Under Agent | Deposits Approved In Total | % Approved (All) | Deposits >5000 INR | Approval % >5000 | Median Wait For Orders 5000 INR+ (min) | Pending >5000 | % Declined | % Declined >5000 |

The higher the decline rate on large orders, the more suspicious the agent. Agents with very high decline rates may be deliberately rejecting deposits instead of processing them. Showing agents with 6+ orders above 5000 INR and a 45%+ decline rate on those orders. Declines only appear about 90 minutes after an order is created, so this table backs up the approval table rather than replacing it.
